Honey Garlic

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  •  

 

Directions:
  1. Combine chicken broth, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until flavors

  2. Whisk together water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour into the saucepan; stir. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Honey Garlic Pork Chops

  • 4 Bone in or boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstar

 

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place pork chops on a foil lined shallow baking dish and bake on middle rack at 350F for 20 minutes, turning over and bake for another 15 minutes. 
  3. Combine chicken broth, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a frying pan over medium heat; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until flavors blend.
  4. Whisk together water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour into the pan; stir. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Then, add pork chops to the pan with sause and cook for 3 minutes and flip pork chops untill sause for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Easy Naan Recipe

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup plain yogurt

  • ¼ cup warm water

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for brushing)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional, for garlic naan)

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish

 

Directions:
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add yogurt and warm water, kneading into a soft dough.

  3. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Divide into 6 balls, then roll each into oval shapes.

  5. Cook in a hot, dry skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until puffed and golden.

  6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic or cilantro (if using).
